New rate limiting on API Keys!

API keys now have proper-ish rate limiting added

Limits

The free public/shared test API key is limited to 18-ish requests a minute, please DO NOT USE this API key if you are a registered user. Just go to the API keys to find your key there, every user has one, and if you abuse it, you will have 0.

The private API keys are limited to 10-ish requests per minute. Those who create multiple accounts to bypass this restriction will get all their accounts and IP's associated with the keys banned.

Please do not abuse these limitation, if you wish to get high rate, just DM me for special features
